What storage doesn’t cover
To keep it straight: the monthly vault rate covers the space and the climate control, not the labor to load it in or pull it out, which is quoted with your move. We also don’t store hazardous or flammable items, perishables, or live plants, and we ask you to keep cash, jewelry, and critical documents with you rather than in a vault. Long-term storage past a few months is fine; we’ll just confirm the rate so there are no surprises.
