We use your information to prepare your written estimate, schedule and carry out your move or storage, process your deposit and final payment, and stay in touch about your job. We may occasionally reach out about a follow-up service or a question you asked us. That’s the extent of it.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. In particular, we do not sell your details to lead buyers, moving brokers, or data resellers — we are a moving company, not a lead aggregator, and your information stays with us. We share information only with the people and services needed to complete your move, such as our own crew and our payment processor.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to the staff who need it, and we use reasonable safeguards to keep it secure. We keep records only as long as we need them for service, accounting, and legal reasons, then dispose of them responsibly.
Your choices
